All information on the EPS website at www.electronicproductsupplies.co.uk, related
servers sharing the domain and email correspondence from the domain (hereafter
referred to as the Services) are covered by these terms and conditions. Your use
of the site implies acceptance of these terms.
Copyright
The entire contents and design of the Services are protected under U.K. and international
copyrights.
Posted material may be used freely for personal, research, scientific, and/or
information purposes only. Reproduction, transmission or publication of material
held on this site in any form for commercial gain is not permitted. The mirroring
of material is strongly discouraged without prior express agreement.
Commercial software or reproductions of commercial text or graphical material
on these Services may be subject to additional Copyrights and Warranties and where
this is the case the additional limitations shall be stated within that material.
Aspects of the information on the Services may be subject to Patents and transgression
of Patent rights by any users or use of the material held herein to facilitate
transgression shall result in prosecution. Where Copyright is breached by users
and a precedent exists the Administration of the Services may prosecute the users
and their agents.
Sales and security
All personal and financial information collected by our online salesdesk will
be retained but will not be released to any third party for advertising or marketing
purposes. All of our online sales are conducted via PayPal and your transaction is guaranteed against fraud by their operating terms and
procedures.
Any issue of warranty, technical failure, compatibility or service relating to
supplied physical products and components should be addressed to Customer Services who will process your query in an appropriate manner. All issues relating to
technical failure of PayPal should be addressed to their support service in the
first instance.
Integrity of Data
All material available to anonymous users via the Services is closely monitored
to ensure that no adverse effects are likely. Viruses, intentionally harmful software
or other potentially damaging material, views, instructions or protocols are removed
wherever found. Material infriging the Copyright of others is removed wherever
found. In all cases where such infringement is notified to the Administrators
a period of 28 calendar days shall be allowed for removal of such material. Notwithstanding
these claims the Administrators do not accept any liability for material failing
to meet these limitations where such failure is unintentional or accidental.
External Links
The Services contain links to external information sources, both electronic and
conventional. The Administration and the Authors accept no liability for the content
of material accessed by external links, nor do they accept any liability for material
transferred through the Services where the original and final destinations of
the transfer lie outside the physical architecture of the Services, including
but not limited to electronic newsgroups, discussion services and interactive
communication services.

ACCESS TO THE SERVICES MAY BE INTERRUPTED AND MAY NOT BE ERROR FREE.
NEITHER EPS Ltd., THE SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, NOR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING,
PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THE SERVICES OR THE MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN, SHALL
BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
Warranty: Physical goods
All physical goods supplied by EPS Ltd. are provided with a warranty against
defect or poor workmanship for thirty calendar days. The warranty of any product
based on PIC circuitry shall be made void by any attempt to reprogram the PIC
device. Specific exclusions and additions to this warranty will be supplied with
the goods as required.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Services Administrators, authors
and the contributors to the Services, against any liability for any claims and
expenses, including reasonable legal expenses, relating to any violation of the
terms of this Agreement or arising out of any materials submitted by you where
such submission is permitted.
Limitations
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom applicable
to agreements wholly made and performed in the United Kingdom. In the event that
you believe you have been irreparably harmed by any cause of action relating to
the Services, you agree to inform the Administrators in writing and grant their
agents thirty (30) full calendar days to cure the harm before initiating any action.
Our postal address is listed on our contact page. Notification by electronic means
including but not limited to electronic mail or facsimile transmission shall not
be accepted as constituting notififcation in writing. Any legal action or proceeding
arising out of or relating to this Agreement or a breach thereof, shall be instituted
in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United Kingdom, and you hereby consent
and submit to personal jurisdiction of such court, waive any objection to venue
in such court and consent to service of process by overnight courier or express
paper-
you must be initiated within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action has
arisen or be barred.
Acceptance Procedure
By requesting transfer of material from the Services by any electronic protocol
you agree with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This agreement issued 10 August 2003 under United Kingdom law and shall be extant
until specific revokation.
